I. Introduction
Line- Frequency Cored Induction Furnace is specially designed to equip with sand mould, iron mould, copper mould, etc. For casting. It has the characteristics of stable function, convenient operation, less investment, high efficiency and energy saving, which is the best choice to hot- water heating manufactures.
One set of this furnace is composed of two chambers and a control cabinet. The two chambers are also called two heating areas: One is used for copper melting, and the other is for heat preservation of the copper liquid(for casting). The furnace wall is composed of firebrick and quatz sand, which is fire- resistent so that it can help avoid leakage of the liquid.
